NECROPOLIS! One Hairbrained Dungeon Crawler!

From the minds that gave us Shadowrun: Returns, Meet Necropolis, the story a wacky fun loving adventurer who embarks on a journey of personal growth and meets some hilarious companions along the way! Wait, nevermind. That’s the made-for-tv movie pitch I’ve been sitting on. The game is called Necropolis and this is going to be one crazy ride!

The first greeting

Necropolis is A Dungeon Crawler – An Action Game – A piece of art – A challenge. In an ever changing labyrinth created by magic, you try to find an exit. Through trials of combat, you slay those who stand in your way of loot, fame, and freedom. But this is no ordinary dungeon. It’s a trap! (couldn’t help it)

Just one of the many monsters that await you.

While you are hacking n’ slashing your way to victory or defeat, there is one thing to keep in mind that might help your travels. This is a ecosystem that you are stepping into. The monsters that roam these halls have been and will be there long after your hero perishes. Because of this, there is a food chain in place and grudges have been made. Learn how the world interacts with itself and us this to your advantage. This is one of the coolest features I’ve read about thus far.

On top of all of this, the combat system seems just a nuanced and stylized at the art, which will surely give us the freedom to die in a large assortment way. From front flip slams to spinning attacks and everything in between, this game looks to provide players with a unique and beautiful experience for hours on end.
